Responsibilities: Build and lead a competitive and highly motivated team in order to drive profitable sales growth Identify customer needs, manage lead follow up and aggressively pursuing expansion of products and service Focus on learning and staying informed on the comprehensive product line Learn, follow and manage a comprehensive sales process within the team Update and manage sales forecast and pipeline information Manage time and resources effectively Qualifications: A minimum of seven years of progressive outside sales experience with at least five years in a management position Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; Master’s and/or JD from an accredited college or university preferred Successful and extensive experience with directing a national sales teams during periods of significant sales, marketing and product transition Experience in driving programs designed to transition customer bases to new products and technologies Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM Ability to travel up to 50%
