Bonus stipulations are as follows:
- Must be available for three shifts per week including one weekend shift per week (regardless of location / shift length, time, etc.) & must remain in good standing for 90 days. Bonus will be paid out at $100 per month for the following three months after your 90 days. Must remain employed with Salus for the full three month pay out period.
