The Position:Floor / Arcade Manager

The Floor / Department Manager plays an essential role in orchestrating an exceptional experience for our guests and maintaining a positive culture for our employees.

Floor Manager duties include:

  • Coordinating the tasks of employees on shift to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
  • Effectively communicating with management, team leaders and subordinates, keeping everyone updated and in the know.
  • Maintaining situational awareness, knowing when and where to step in and assist to ensure each guest is having a quality experience and all systems are working smoothly.
  • Assisting with hiring, training, coaching and implementing employee discipline policy when necessary.
  • Constantly taking the pulse of the company, with a presence most often on the floor.
  • Handling guest concerns and requests with professionalism
  • Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays

Arcade Manager duties include:

  • Effectively managing the arcade department
  • Scheduling shifts and coordinating the tasks of department employees on shift to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
  • Effectively communicating with management, team leaders and subordinates, keeping everyone updated.
  • Monitoring cleanliness of arcade
  • Monitor the upkeep of games, fixing problems when appropriate and create repair requests.
  • Completing all duties related to departmental reports, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory of redemption area
  • Assisting with hiring, training, and coaching of quality employees.


  • Management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Customer service skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and positively communicate with team members.
  • Must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
