This position is eligible for a Sign on Bonus of up to $40k for a candidate who is hired with a current, verified TS/SCI clearance

The Hardware and Infrastructure Engineering (HW&I) team has a professional opening for a DevOps Pipeline Architect available to support design and implementation of agile continuous release tools, workflows, and processes. These pipelines will be used for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and COTS/FOSS product configuration management as well as for mission application software release. The qualified candidate will have experience working with infrastructure and software engineering teams as an advocate for and implementer of DevOps philosophies and tools. They also will have in-depth experience with DevOps pipeline tool architecture and implementation, as well as incorporation of testing in the release process. An existing U.S. Government security clearance (TS/SCI) is required.

Required Skills:
  • Experience architecting solutions using and implementing DevOps CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
  • Experience implementing code/artifact control tools such as git, including branching best practices
  • Knowledge of container tools and technologies and their integration into the CI/CD process
  • Experience with COTS/FOSS software integration
  • General understanding across-the-board of infrastructure systems and services including, but not limited to, compute, storage, network, cyber, and virtualization/cloud
  • Ability to work with infrastructure and software engineering teams in an agile environment to create infrastructure pipeline designs and workflows based on system requirements and/or user stories
  • Experience creating high- and low-level design artifacts
  • Experience providing oversight of infrastructure implementation activities, including incorporating architecture design changes as required
  • Knowledge of US Government security standards
  • Existing US Government TS/SCI clearance
  • Desired Skills:
  • Experience with automated software testing tools and techniques
  • Experience with software release to public cloud infrastructures
  • Enterprise architect certification (DoDAF, ToGAF, etc)
  • Education and Experience Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related STEM degree program from an Accredited University/School/College with 10+ years of relevant work experience. 162359
