Install Specific Tasks and Other Job Functions Conduct array screen installs using a variety of equipment and tools including but not limited to; measuring devices, hand tools, power tools various ladder types and sizes. Greet customers in professional manner Find rafters and drill pilot holes into rafter Set anchors and use PPE properly Install solar accessories such as array screens, Layout and/cut screen section to meet panel dimensions Cut Screen sections to fit around obstructions like conduit and solar roof jacks Attach array screen mounts to module frames Secure screen to mounts and adjacent screen sections while maintaining aesthetics and functionality of screen Flash all unnecessary or un-needed roof penetrations Follow organization policies and procedures including OSHA requirements. Complete OSHA training as required Attend organization and other trainings and meetings as required Provide support all operations needs and other crews

Education/Experience High School or Trade School degree in a discipline related to construction or building sciences, engineering or architecture is preferred OSHA 10 preferred Experience in manual labor or some form of construction; photovoltaic installation experience is preferred Ability for and no fear of working from ladders/scaffolding or working in confined spaces such as crawl spaces or attics, under mobile homes Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
