Description

Were looking for an experienced Demand Generation Director to lead a team to analyze data, plan campaigns, and generate leads and sales opportunities, You will direct ROI analysis and campaign performance metrics, manage a budget, work collaboratively with marketing and sales, and lead our segmented direct marketing campaigns.

  • Lead a team to execute and launch campaigns into the market to effectively reach prospective customers
  • Lead measurement and optimization of various vehicles and media mix, including attribution of broadcast media. Ability to isolate the impact of each medium and allocate spend
  • Work with the cross-functional marketing team to design, launch, and optimize demand gen programs (including PPC, SEO, social, email, print, TV, NP, DM, events, and others)
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs within a given budget, as well as develop ongoing performance reporting and ROI analysis
  • Partner with internal and external design teams and Product Marketing to develop marketing content
  • Manage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors, including digital, media buying, analytics, and WebDAV
  • Study prospect-lead-client funnel in order to improve marketing effectiveness. Response rate by media, by market, by demographics, by the time of year Conversion rate Level of service Channel performance
  • Position Requirements
  • Bachelors degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in traditional and digital media
  • Knowledge of SalesForce or similar CRM highly desirable
  • Track record in demand stimulation leveraging in-depth data analysis and close loop marketing, with proven results utilizing the test-control construct
  • Multi-task and project manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams
  • Manage and stay within program budget and demonstrate ROI
  • Experience with at least one of the following marketing automation software: Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and urgency to meet goals and deadlines
  • Motivated, high energy, and a team player who interfaces well at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to work on numerous projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic multi-location environment, while maintaining a team-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors degree, MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
