As a traineryou will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training/guidance for new and existing employees in the areas of new and existing products and services via training and coaching.
  • Isolate learning deficiencies and provide training to bridge knowledge gaps.
  • Share information with Leadership Team as appropriate.
  • Use various quality monitoring tools to analyze data, track and trend impacts in the virtual call center
  • Prepare and deliver material for various trainings and communications
  • Develop improvement programs focused on immediate and continuous improvement related to our training processes
  • Complete department special projects as assigned by the Department Manager
  • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
  • Willingness to assist in scheduling training events and resources within the company.

Requirements:

  • Ability to creatively develop and deliver training materials.
  • Ability to understand how the various platforms interoperate and develop the skills necessary to train on the care platform.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have proven ability to effectively present training materials (both technical and soft skills)
  • Flexibility in hours outside of normal business hours, in line with an exempt position.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
  • Function independently in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet corresponding deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively, and confidently, present information and respond to questions in a real time environment.
  • Work effectively with team/work group, motivate others to achieve and exceed department and organizational goals.
  • The ability to prioritize, maintain flexibility and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner in a fast paced, multi tasked environment

Experience:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • 2-4 years of Training Experience
  • Coaching or mentor experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
