Kelly IT is looking for IT Service Desk Rep  for a large civil engineering construction and infrastructure company. Title: IT Service Desk Rep II Location: Aurora, CO Client Industry: Construction Contract-to-Hire (Health and 401k benefits) Mon-Fri, 7-4 or 8-5   SUMMARY Will support and troubleshoot several desktop and mobile applications, hardware and network connectivity over the phone and on site: Answer HelpDesk phone calls WalkIn HelpDesk support Create HelpDesk Tickets Windows Computer cleaning, rebuilding, troubleshooting; Setting up Servers in Data Center Troubleshoot eMail in Outlook, Office 365, Cloud Archiving, Spam Filters VOIP Telephony Support Network troubleshooting, physical and logical: TCP, UDP, WAN/LAN, Wifi, VPN, VLAN Working with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365 Admin Center Printer troubleshooting, networking, sharing Audio Video Conference Room Support Frequently moving computer hardware and inventory tracking Document new technical solutions Minimal local travel to two other offices as needed, 20 mls radius   QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of related experiences; 4-5 years of experience preferred High School Diploma Required Knowledge of O365, software applications, computer hardware and network troubleshooting Valid Driver’s license Computer, Network, or Server Certifications (A+, MCSA, Network+ etc) preferred Knowledge of command line, or scripting (PowerShell, bash etc.) preferred   PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to sit at a computer; use hands repetitively to type, handle, feel or write; reach with hands and arms.  The employee is constantly required to communicate both in person and on the phone.  The employee is occasionally required to bend at the neck, stand, and move.  Specific vision abilities for this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.  Employee may occasionally be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
