iStaff has a client in Denver, CO that is looking to hire a Client-Facing Systems AdministratorData Security Analyst. The Companyrsquos technology enables their clients to mobilize their workforce globally ndash meaning move them from country to country (expats) ndash and manage all the important details for their mobile employees. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team with data security and application architecture questions from clients and prospective clients. This will include the completion of Cloud Security Assessment questionnaires and assisting with on-site audits. We are also looking to formalize our adherence to ISO 27001 and other industry standards, while working towards formal accreditation. This person would be responsible for understanding the requirements, updating policies and protocols to meet these requirements, and working with all parties to achieve accreditation. This position will report within the internal IT Operations Team, but will primarily support Sales. The IT Operations staff manages all aspects of support and security for our people and products. This ranges from network architecture and technical security to help desk support for our people around the globe. Teamwork and flexibility are hallmarks of this position we have a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. You will need to prioritize activities coming in and make sure the highest priorities are accomplished first. Responsibilities Maintain our Application Architecture and Data Security Overview documents for clients and prospective clients Complete and respond to client and prospective client questionnaires for security and application architecture information and while developing supporting evidence Support on-site client audits of security and data controls Update and maintain policies in line with ISO 27001 and other industry standards Work with Operations and Sales teams to pursue and obtain formal ISO27001 accreditation Work with Sales and Marketing team to create a client accessible security section on our website with client ready security information Prepare materials and deliver training on security issues Participate in the implementation of projects related to broader IT initiatives Always look for ways to automate, accelerate, make more efficient and secure existing environments Qualifications 3-5 yearsrsquo experience with IT network, security and server operations in a Microsoft-based environment. Experience working with Windows Server 2012 and beyond, as well as Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and beyond. 2-3 yearsrsquo experience with SaaS and Cloud based security and application infrastructure. Experience with Azure cloud-based services, a plus. Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must have a passion for solving problems, delivering quality work, and finding a way to improve. Must be able to follow detailed documentation and to create your own.
