JOB OVERVIEW:This position is responsible for managing multisite customer relationships and department processes in assigned area to improve the ease of working with HSD. Responsible for certain strategic processes that span all the businesses. Primary Duties include selling to customers, leading the field sales teams and educating the Henry Schein Dental team. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Works with the Henry Schein Dental sales team on strategies to identify and win merchandise, equipment/technology and service business in the Mid-Market business segment. Oversees policy and procedure adherence to strategies associated with Local and Regional DSOs, Large CHCs, Buying Groups and Institutional accounts.Ensures account management processes related to account set up, pricing, contracts and formularies.Acts as the main point of contact/account manager for Regional DSOs, this will include regular customer contact Co-travels with Regional sales team and coaches to attain Sales Objectives and Field Activity Goals for geographic area. Communicates with Director Multisite to initiate, track, and monitor strategic sales objectives and campaigns across the region. Responsible for communicating information and training to the regional team.Ensure TSM proficiency in selling all product/services to Multisite segments type through Team development, co-travel and training. Focus on FSC team to support the strategic One Schein direction in the Multisite business segment.Attends major conventions, regional business development meetings, and any event in assigned market. Helps to drive attendance at all Henry Schein sponsored events and aid in closing sales. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

Qualifications

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically
10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any
applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically
a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree
or global equivalent a plus.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum 3 years sales experience dealing or managing
large customers.
Dental industry or product knowledge preferred
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Typically,
to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and
should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently
exceed expectations.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This
is a field-based position and travel is typically 30%.
