Dispute Analyst Duration 06 Months Contract with Possible extension Location Broomfield, CO-80021 Client Telcom Project Start ASAP Description Responsible for overseeing projects for digitization and automation within the access NETEX space. Understand how to read contractstariffs and how they apply to billing. Project management skills, ability to handle an abundance of moving pieces. Work with the Business Intelligence team to provide audit logic, work out kinks along the way, and follow to completion. Understanding of the Client network and accessNETEX space. Or for outside candidates, telecommunications industry experience and a basic understanding of data transport is strongly recommended. Partner and readily collaborate with other stakeholders (finance, carrier relations, optimizations, legal, etc.) team to identify and lead process efficiency improvements. Demonstrated capacity to focus and deliver on multiple objectives in a dynamic, multi-faceted, fast-paced environment. Proven data analysis skills and ability and interest in data rationalization and normalization. In other words, a successful candidate likes looking at data, drawing conclusions, and identifying and implementing action plans. Assist with Facility access audits by analyzing NETEX base against network design, ASRs, and service descriptions with a goal of finding billing discrepancies and initiating disputes where applicable. An ability to reprioritize and embrace change is a significant requirement. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. 2-4 years of experience.
