Team Torchlight is a key driver of DaVita’s growth. This team identifies, develops, and implements strategies to support DaVita’s growth and financial health in a quickly evolving healthcare landscape. Additionally, the team focuses on optimizing current processes and identifying new opportunities within the company’s core business.

As a Manager, you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing operations and identifying and implementing strategic growth opportunities within our hospital strategy portfolio.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the daily operations of our Hospital Outreach Team
  • Project manage and lead execution on strategic initiatives to drive growth for the business
  • Identify growth opportunities for the Village through analytics and research
  • Manage a team of analysts and liaisons
  • Communicate results to key stakeholders in the business
  • Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in a results oriented, metric driven environment
  • Experience supervising direct reports
  • Proven ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities; a person who 'gets the right stuff done'.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and lead in an environment that moves at a rapid pace, where change is common
  • Powerful communication skills to all levels of the organization
  • Capacity to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization and to influence positive outcomes
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Bachelor's degree required
