Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical/CPG manufacturer, is currently seeking a Fixed Asset Analyst for a 4 month contract with the strong potential to extend. The position is located in Monument, CO.   • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Description:

  • The Fixed Asset Analyst will assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting site log.
  • Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
  • Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets to which AROs are applicable.
  • Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets.
  • Conduct physical counts of fixed assets. Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
  • Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of related experience. *Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
